MTMS North Works awarded by John Holland to Avopiling Australia is a section of the MTMS Stage 2 Airport Tunnel Upgrade Project,
Scope of Works
The works involve are installation of piles for the Mascot Substation Launch, Retrieval Shafts and Wolli Creek Substation. The project consist of combination of piles, bored piles using segmental casings and CFA Piles. CFA piles are 49No 750mmØ and 67No 1050 mmØ to depths of 20.00 to 23.00 metres and the bored piles consist of 45No 880mmØ and 27No1000mmØ to depths of 25.00 to 26.00 metres.
