Bored Piles

84 The Esplanade is a 78 storey high rise apartments. The project is located at Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast in Queensland. The podium piles are contracted to Avopiling QLD by Mainland Civil Engineering while the tower main piles were awarded to Avopiling QLD by Karimbla Construction Services (NSW) part of the Meritons Group .

Scope of Works

Avopiling QLD installed 24No 1000mm and 1No 900mm diameter bored piles to depths up to 42.00 meters for Mainland and for the tower piles, 15No 2100 mm x 51.00 meters, 19N0 1500mm x 50.50 meters, 13No 1500mmx 47.00 meters and 11No 900mm X 42.00 meters in depths using temporay casings and bentonite drilling fluid. Part of the main tower piles is the contruction of 14No tension piles 12No x 2100mm and 2No 1800mm diameters
