The project is a mixed use building development with 4 basement parkings being built by Atlen Constructions Pty Ltd
Scope of Works
Avopiling was contracted to design and build the shoring wall and the foundation piles. The secant wall shall consist of 750Ø Cased CFA Piles 65No primary (Hard piles) and 66No secondary (Soft Piles) to depths averaging 18.00 meters deep. The 750Ø foundation bored piles are to be built using segmental casings to pile depths to 25.00 meters deep.
