Scope of Works

Multiplex Construction Company awarded to Avopiling WA Pty Ltd the construction of bored foundation piles, 600mm wide tower core barrettes x 19.00m in depth and 600mm wide x 19.00m to 32.00 meters deep diaphragm walls. The bored foundation consist of 66No 900mmØ x 28.00m to 39.00m deep bored piles, 15No 1050mmØ x 34.00m to 39m deep bored piles x , 7No 1500mmØ x 35.00m to 50.00m deep bored piles, 6No 1800mmØ x 42.00m to 45.00m

The total excavation area for the diaphragm wall is 5222 square meters, barrettes is 219 square meters and core wall is 3630 square meters
