Signature Broadbeach is a high rise apartment block situated at Philip Avenue Broadbeach Gold Coast.
Scope of Works
Avopiling Qld Pty Ltd involvement is to build the bored pile foundations using bentonite drilling fluid and diaphragm wall. The bored pile foundations consist of 10No-900mmØ, 10N-1200mmØ, 11No-1500mmØ and 6No-1800mmØ ranging from a depth of 44.00 metres to 49.00 metres. The diaphragm wall structure consist of 32No 600mm wide panels to depths up to 18.00 metres and a total length of 195 metres.
